Here is my pizza hints and tips page. There is a section on temps. Briefly, I found that for store bought pies like Digiorno, you should use the temp on the box, around 450. The unbaked pies I get from a pizza joint down the road I do at 550. Some people do theirs at 650. I think to a certain extent if depends on the type of dough you use for your crust.[p]TNW

I do mine somewhere between 500-600*. One thing you want to make certain you do is to preheat the plate setter and the stone together for about 20 mins.
