I just purchased my first BGE this past week and fired it up for the first time last night. After cooking a pork loin that came out tender, I shut the unit down. After a couple of hours, I wanted to cover the new Egg to keep it like new, but the internal temperature was still @ 200. Man that baby can really maintain its heat. Can I put the insulated cover on when it is still this hot or will it damage it?
