The Incredible Egg!

I have been a Weber man my whole life. Charcoal and Gas. I currently have a Weber 650 Summit which is a beautiful gas grill. However, I am now the proud owner of a Large Big Green Egg and this baby has opened up a whole new world to me.
This little baby is by far the most forgiving grill a person could own. (In my opinion) Having owned it for 30 days, I have cooked on her 20 times and each meal seems to be more wonderful that the first.
My world of BBQ has taken on new meaning and reached new hieghts. I'm affraid the Weber 650 Summit will see little use from now on. I only wish I would have known about the Big Green Egg years ago!

Welcome to the club, yes I agree I wish I had known about the egg years ago, all the money I spent on gas and propane grills I could of had all of the eggs. The food is so good on the egg, didn't know I could cook on the BBQ so well.

Welcome to the cult, I mean club. It's great!!!I have 2 beautiful gas grills at my house. 1 on the upper patio and 1 on the lower patio. Both great setups but now after a month or so of using the egg I don't see myself using gas ever again.

Those gas grills are a good place to store your eggcessories.
