Dinner was good last night. We watched an Eagle with a fish for awhile and then it POURED here. The Egg did not care

You got me to start doing them spatchcocked and will always do that way - just EASY......
Yep I miss the gravy from MadMax but, did I say how easy your way is :silly:Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.
