Turned off from 70 degrees to 38 degrees in 24 hours and wasn't really in the mood to do a long cook yesterday. Man this wok thing is the best thing since the Egg for a qick meal thats hard to beat. The raws:

Started out saltaing my onion and chopped garlic in Canolia and seseseme seed oil.

Once I got them tinder I added my green beans and cooked till medium then added squash, water chestnuts and baby corn to the above so that all would be soft and tinder at the same time.

Pulled that off and sat to the side then added more oil and mushrooms.

Set them to side and added shrimp and oil and did the same again.

Add everything back to wok with oyster sause and heat till sizelling again.

No for my favorite part which I add to mine seperate so wife can eat...PEPPERS!!

Enough lef for dinner today!

No its not a Japanese/Native American garden its my attempt to keep the frost last night from killing my Crimson Queen Maple in full young leaf. Luckly it didn't get as cold so looks like everything will be fine!

JL another great cook......glad you took care of the Crimson Queen, here it was too hot for them.....& I had to maintain a good acidity level on the earth to keep them reasonably in shape.
