    guess it's an Alabama thing...Mayo vinegar prepared horseradish lemon juice, salt lots of pepper and Cheyenne...people down here go crazy about it with chicken so I gave it a try..Actually real good too...Guess its a staple at Big Bob Gibson's BBQ in Decatur Alabama

    That's a nice looking dinner.

    I saw that white BBQ sauce made on the Food Network by Chris of Big Bob Gibsons. It looks kinda unappetizing but it really tasted good when I tried it on smoked chicken.

    Here is the recipe as I wrote it down during the show:

    Mayonnaise BBQ sauce for Chicken

    1 cup mayo
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/2 cup water

    Mix together the above and whisk in the following:

    1 Tbsp sugar
    1 Tbsp salt
    1-1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp prepared horseradish
    1 tsp cayenne pepper

    They actually dunked the cooked chicken in it.

    Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!
