CWM Babybacks w/ Raspberry BBQ Sauce

Saw Grand Ouef Vert do some ribs with raspberry barbeque sauce so I tried them.

Rubbed with Dizzy Dust

On the Egg at 225*

At about 4 1/2 hrs, sauced with Raspberry Barbeque sauce.
They were probably the best ribs I ever made.

Pat-Had the wife and 3 of my kids home to help. But, I usually cook extra to give to my parents, and had to stop the vulchers so I'd have some left. :laugh:
