I have a full wild turkey breast, skinless, still on the bone. This is my first one since the BGE came along and I want to egg it. I'm looking for advice or suggestions.

If you are not familiar with it, wild turkey is more moist than domestic and the flavor is more intense. The double breast is probably about 3 to 4 pounds.

Thanks in advance.
