Blood orange chicken

We have so many blood oranges & lemons on the local trees, decided to come up with a way to use them. Marinated the chicken in blood orange & lemon juice, along with a couple of cloves of garlic, rosemary, salt & pepper. Then put on the egg at 350 and cooked for about 1 1/2 hours.

Served with some whole grain mac & cheese and sliced tomatoes & basil from my garden. Last of the tomatoes, ready to replant.

And finally, a gift from my kitty and his exhaustion after hunting.

Your kit is quite the hunter.
We have a house cat that used to be a barn cat, and she is a KILLER mouse and ground squirrel catcher when they get in the house. -
Yes, both kitties got some chicken and were very happy campers.
