I can get my egg set @ 250 stays for 2 hours then it will start to creep up to 300- 325. I have bottom vent open 1/8-3/16 & wheel open 1/8 in. Scared to try a all night butt tell I can figure this out. New @ this & still learning. Hope to make the K C fest so I can watch & learn from some of you pros.
