Redfish on the halfshell & eggplant pizzas

Fired up the egg tonight for some simple fish and veggies. Did more redfish on the halfshell, basted with a little sauce I threw together consisting of dijon mustard, butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, & just a touch of cayenne pepper. Eggplant pizzas were just eggplant sliced in 1/2" thick slices, grilled, then topped with sundried tomato pesto and fresh mozzerella. The pearls of mozzerella look like marshmallows before they're melted :lol:

Came out pretty good.
