Woodoogies oyster mushrooms

tried Woodoogies oyster mushrooms the other night. These things are terrific.[p]I cooked them like he said. oil, a lite sprinkle of a dizzy pig rub (tsunami spin) and grill between 450ºand 500º for 5 to 7 minutes a side.[p]I let some of them get extra crispy, so those were like mushroom chips. The rest were a golden brown and tasted like really good french fries.[p]I got mine from direct from Phillips Mushroom farms (800-722.8818, or www.phillipsmushroomfarms.com) and a three box of oyster 'shrooms costs about $8. They ship them and they weigh so little that a shipment still costs less than a retail price. [p]sorry I didn't pics.[p]Mr. Earl
