Just wanted to say how pleased I am w/ BGE customer service. I was cleaning out my egg today for a big butt cook next weekend and noticed that not only was my firebox cracked, but so was my fire ring and my grate (cast iron) was splitting in half from one side. Though I could still cook on it with no problems, I figured if I am going through the trouble to take all this stuff out, I might as well use this warranty. So I loaded the innards into a garbage bag and headed down to BGE HQ in Atlanta. I told BA what I needed and 3 minutes later he was back with all the brand new parts. He then printed out a receipt for my records and sent me on my way, no questions asked. He did not even open the garbage bag![p]Thanks to BGE for fantastic service. THis is why I rave about them to anyone who will listen![p]Mike Jones
