Tonight's BGE Dinner: Parm Tilapia

We used the last of the Tilapia for tonight's dinner.

I spritzed the fillets with a little I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray, then added some fresh minced Italian herbs, bread crumbs, and freshly shredded Parmesan cheese and a little black pepper.

I put the fish on a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil and crimped the edges to keep the juices inside and added some fresh lemon slices. My husband grilled it direct on a raised grid at 350 degrees for 13 minutes.

And then plated up and ready to EAT!

The Tilapia had great flavor and was gone in no time flat!
