Thanks to all that replied to my previous post. I can indeed buy a replacement base for my large BGE but I am afraid it is out of my budget range ($329 + shipping). So if anyone is interested I am willing to sell or trade for a charcoal smoker. I live in Dublin VA 50 miles south of Roanoke VA. Let me know if there are any takers.
