Ran across this site while looking for a smoker, have been lurking for a while, and now my new Medium is cooling down on the deck. Spent a whole lot more than I had planned, but with a great community like this and the great versatility of the thing, I feel pretty good about it. Special thanks to The Naked Whiz; all of the detailed information on your wonderful site made buying what I needed very easy (until checkout...ouch), getting started even easier, and the spatchcock chicken was a wonderful first meal. Thanks to all for the helpful info you provide here! Now, what to cook tomorrow.. ;-)
