Thanks lowercase bill.
Never had the opportunity to try it before. It was great! Even Dakotah liked it! Thanks so much for bringing us samples.
This was only our 2nd fest and 1st time cooking, didn't get out as much as I meant to.

I know....he brought over a package to show me. He was saying something about it is sometimes made with the finest parts of beef. I started to read the label, but decided I probably didn't want to know.

You're killing me here. I haven't had scrapple since I left Atl City in 92. Raised on the stuff and it is definetly something you love or hate. It's kinda like a real Philly cheesesteak, you have to be there to get the originals. Often imitated never equaled.

I didn't know the scrapple came from you bill. Zippy brought me a taste. I am-sort of- happy to say I'm no longer a scrapple virgin. I've heard you have to have it in Philly to REALLY appreciate it.

I lived in Philadelphia for 5 years and never saw scrapple. Went to a meeting in Harrisburg at the state capital and ate at a dinner called "The Capital Dinner." My business associates ordered breakfast for me. I had scrapple, eggs and hash browns done home style. I became an instant convert! I prefer mine done southern style, I roll it in egg and then flour, then fry it in oil. Yum, yum! Then I go visit my cardiiologist.
