Very large for a picnic.Cooked 250 dome,J.D. and Apple wood chips. It took 21 hours and 42 minutes to reach 195 internal temp.I started with the lump loaded to the TOP of the FIRE RING.Some pieces were touching the platesetter.Setup-platesetter legs up,drip pan on setter, regular grid even with the nonexistant felt line.

The JUDGES-My baby boy on the left and two of his friends.I swear we fed them and my wife and I ate.We had slaw, beans, buns, chips and pulled pork. There was 1 quart ziploc of pork left over out of a 10 lb.pork picnic when they finally finished gourging themselves!!!
