Crawfish Lasagna recipe

Was the recipe for the crawfish lasagna that was cooked at the Texas Eggfest ever posted? That was one of the best dishes there, and I'm anxious to give it a try.[p][p]

    You're right. It was among the best and unique dishes there. It's not posted yet but I'll certainly be happy to send a message to the Egghead who did it. Actually, it was his wife who made it.
