T Rex Temps for Tenderloin doneness

T-Rexing some Filet Mignons this eve. I have always pulled at 135 for MR but have guests and they want them at different done-ness. Can someone give me internal temps for Rare, Medium, Medium-Well and Well-Done?

Don't want to dry them out. Thanks in advance for your help!!

  • Rare as low as 120
    Med Rare 128-135
    Medium 135-140
    Well 145

    Don't let you guests say "well". Take 'em off 5 degrees lower than these temperatures and rest them for 15 minutes for the carryover heat to do it's job.
