Low Country Boil

Had a hankering for some low country boil. Put some new potatoes and kielbasa sausage in the dutch oven and plenty of Old Bay seasoning. Added corn and shrimp! Great meal tonight.

As much as I LOVE Crawfish......It wouldn't be a Low Country Boil ....would it? A friend is bringing a couple bags of bugs up to Charleston next month! Can't wait.... -

I had the egg at about 410* so the water wasn't really boiling but hot enough to cook everything. Took about an hour I'm guessing.

One of my favorites [and all my friends, too], but I've never thought about doing it on the Egg. Always use the big pot w/basket on the outdoor LP burner, which will feed about 10-12 people, and an eight qt stovetop pot for 4. I will definetly try the DO for smaller cooks, thanks !
