You know me always experimenting, right? (Clever, how I am covering up this monumental screw up, right?) Well, I deliberately (oh yeah, right!) left my ProComm4 base unit, hand unit and blower out in a steady rain for 18 hours. I can report that it still works just fine. Wow.....

One big difference. My ProComm4 still works. Those two phones are buried in a septic field somewhere. And they don't ring when we call them. Yick!The Naked Whiz

You're right, of course, Doug, ignoring the carelessness factor! :laugh: I'll bet that ProComm4 wouldn't be working too well either from the septic field!
