    Cuffs,
i use bush's regular baked beans. . .i have an old metal pot that i regularly us in my egg. ..put in a couple cans of beans, add chopped onion, brown sugar, some barbeque sauce (whatever i have around), a splash of tobasco to taste, then lay 3 or 4 stips of thick cut bacon on top. . .throw the pot on the egg at about 350 degrees for 2 to 3 hours. . .. (i usually add a chunk of hicory to the fire for some smoke flavor) . ..fantastic flavor, everyone loves em. ..for more of a casserole that can be used a main course, add a couple of pounds of ground beef (cooked first). . .[p]simple, easy, and good
