Good Fattie and Pizza Results

I made four fatties with a new recipe I got from the Dizzy Pig, Newsletter. It is 1 1/2 Tbsp Red Eye Express. 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 cup maple sugar per pound of pork. I didn't have enough Red Eye Express, so I combined what I had with some Raging River and it really turned out good!

For dinner I made a pizza using Caputo 00 flour and really liked the results.

I cooked it at 620 for about 6 minutes.
