I have to praise all of you for your enthusiasm and egg loyoalty! If not for you and this forum another gasser would've inhabited the patio. Just had chicken from the egg for the first time. It was the moistest best chicken i've ever cooked! I thought i was pretty accomplished on the old gasser. Anyway, Thanks once again!

    first time i did chicken on the egg, it was so moist my wife and i sent a few seconds debating if it was underdone![p]the meat was white, and so moist, i almost thought it was fat... no kidding.[p]enjoy
