    pointer,
Welcome aboard. We had chilli today. You will have to try it when the weather cools. We of course had that today. Steaks....ahhh I will never go out for one anymore. The hubby makes the best. We have had ours for a year and love it.

    maddaug,
Chilli sure hits the spot on Cooler days. So do you use a Secret Recipe? :)[p]It will be hard to eat steak out after the two steaks I have cooked on my BGE.[p]pointer

  • pointer,
We have not gone out for steak since buying a BGE 5 years ago. The BGE is the best purchase I ever made. It takes grilling and smoking to a whole new level not possible with other grills. After 5 years we use our BGE several times a week year around. I look forward to having family and friends over so I can cook for them. I get excited when I get a good piece of meat to work with. Maybe I need help, I may be addicted to my BGE. Andy

  • pointer, I have owned the egg for about 2 months now. Had a $600 Webber gas that I bought last summer. Last week I told a friend of mine who has a hunting camphouse that he could HAVE the Webber if he would come and get it out of my way. Its now gone and will be used this fall for quick meals for the deer hunters.[p]I will never own another gas grill. Can't believe I ate off one for 25 years![p]Later,
