Sure, if you cook them long enough. Spares take more time than BB because of the additional meat and larger bones. I think they are a bit more forgiving too if you leave them on too long.

For $30 you can make your own grill extender. All it takes are 4 bolts, I prefer 3/8-16, hex nuts and washers. Use Stainless Steel if possible, they won't rust. Depending on the size of your EGG, get a round grill. Check out grill extenders on
