I am planning on doing some ribeye steaks(direct) and some salmon(indirect)on Monday.
Which to cook first?? Would it make sense to do the steaks first and put them in an ice chest while I do the salmon?? How long would the steaks stay warm in the ice chest??
Thanks in advance for any and all advice!![p]AZ Geoff

AZ Geoff, I would do it the other way around. Take the salmon off the egg, and any indirect paraphernalia, open vents and throw on your room temp rib eyes. Cover the salmon with foil and put into a pre-warmed cooler (I have a setting on my microwave "hold warm" which works good for a few minutes) until you pull your steaks off.
