Planning to make beef back ribs on Monday. Anybody have any recommendations for grill times and temps. I've done pork baby backs successfully at 250 for 2 hours indirect and wrap in foil with BBQ sauce and grill for an additional 1 hour. Might this work for Beef Backs?

Julie,[p]You have to go a lot longer with Beef ribs. Try the same method you are using with the foil but go perhaps 4 hours indirect and 1 hour wrapped in foil with sauce. Beef ribs tend to be a bit fattier so clean them up good before you put them on. Good luck
