OK had to give your pizza a shot :) even used your crust. But what I thought was a new bag of flour behind my open bag was whole wheat.... and I just had 4 cups of reg flour! and that is fine if I had not doubled the dough recipe to put some in the freezer :( so I used 4 cups flour and 4 cups whole wheat. added just a tsp of oil at the end to help.I would do it again. it was very good with out being to whole wheat if you know what I mean???

my cake blade :) love this thing and use it for everything. we do our pizzas about 8-10 inches so we can do a few diff kinds and they cook faster and are easier to handle

the last one I did I spread it with Tandoori grilling paste. then the lime chix, parm and romano cheese and a little cilantro. I loved this one!! nice mix of flavors and a little zesty zing.

  • Looks good, Julie. Your crust is perfection. Did you make the ricotta stuff?

here is the link and it is the second one down. love it. I mixed with a little EVO for the pizza. I use in soups, stir fries and sauces. just a good flavor and nice heat. from the site:
A rich aromatic and authentic marinade base for poultry, seafood and vegetables. A great introduction to Northern Indian cuisine. For the classic tandoori flavor, mix with plain yogurt, marinate poultry, seafood or vegetables for several hours before grilling.

Spread on a warmed tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese, green onion and cilantro. Broil, fold and cut for tandoori quesadillas.
Use as the spice component for stove top curries - both meat and vegetable.
Blend with yogurt and marinate a roasting chicken or cornish game hen before baking.
Mix with oil or yogurt to for basting grilled foods of all kinds
