First Full Brisket

Hey All,[p]I cooked my first full brisket last night started 10pm finshed at 6am 190 internal temp like the forum said. I guess after I trimmed the fat cap the meat was about 6 or 7 pounds. I'm still learning the timing with this BGE but I must say this is the best cooker in the world. I'm trying things I would have never dreamed of cooking on a gas grill. I purchased my BGE two weeks ago and I have cooked on it every night sometime twice a day. My wife has turned over the cooking duties to me because the food comes out so tender and moist. I also want to thank everyone on this forum for advice and just good humor plus the pictures of the food sure arouse my taste buds.[p]
