Hello everybody, want to do indirect with veggies underneath. can u please share pictures of your setups, and also what liquids do u put in the pan with veggies?
My veggies will be carrots,broccolli,and any other suggestions will be appreciated. And what temp to cook at? 350ish? thankyou very much...

I am in the middle of installing new virus junk so am staying away from photobucket till I am a little better protected. but I do the plate setter legs up with the extra feet I have on it with a foil pan of the vegis on those. then the grill with the chicken. the juice will drip down on the vegis and if you want a little wine or chix broth you can do that too. I don't like the vegi pan on the plate setter as the juices will burn.
