Car Wash Mike,[p]Sounds good. I could use some help too. I brought back a few pounds from my Lake of the Woods ice fishing trip in Februrary. They're in foodsaver bags in the freezer waiting for the right moment.

    Car Wash Mike,
Last year at a bbq competition in Niagara Falls, my buddy Reg and his buddies did up some simple tarragon butter walleye/pickerel that go down as the single best feed of fish I've ever had. I'll see if I can't get the method for you because it was divine simplicity... a perfect case of letting the main ingredient lead the way and speak for itself with a subtle supporting cast...
