Just crammed a 6lbs turkey breast on my mini!!!

YeeeeeeeHaaaaaaaaa!!!! :-)[p]And I mean crammed. I had to take the dome thermometer out and use a polder through the chimney. I let you know how it turns out. It may be a take out night....but how ya gonna know the limits of the mini unless some poor sap like me tries! (grin)

Wow ... that is a tight fit. [p]I crammed 2 pork butts on my Med. One weighed 9.5# and the other weighed 8.9. That was over 18# of pork. I ran my pampered chef thermo thru the top as well. I found that the parts of the butt that touched the egg walls had direct heat marks and kind of dried out. So be carefull.[p]Take a picture of that crammed bird!
