Hi all, some of you may know me by the name "Muzzy" on another forum. I have been cooking bbq comps for some ten years now and I am ready to say goodbye to my beloved stick burner "Sarah" and compete this year with BGE's. My question involves the best means of transportation. I would like to build out an enclosed cargo trailer but I would like some suggestions as to what size would be best ( thinking nothing longer than 12 feet), what to add in my build out, ramp door or swing,mount the eggs (3) on a single rolling cart, water, sinks,...well, you get the idea. Can you help me with some ideas to build the dream transporter? Many thanks. A new convert.
