wife stopped off at the fishmonger and bought shrimp, as to me i am not allowed shell fish yet so she got me 2 flounders.
over a slow fire with residual hickory in the old lump, seasoned with roasted garlic butter sauce (rumalaud?). its working for me as it has several key ingreadients GARLIC,GARLIC and something to put GARLIC on.
should be a 30 min cook.
