Pork Butt?

smokeing my first pork butt friday night.. Any suggestions on what to do any not to do?

Let in marinade in a good rub overnight. I'd put it on the grill at 11 pm as soon as the grill temp is fully stabilized at 250. Get up in the night or first thing in the morning to make sure the temp is still @250. Take it off the grill when the internal temp is 195, wrap in foil and place in a cooler for a couple of hours. If you are going to have pulled pork, fork pull it and keep it warm until you serve it.
