I had a United Nations dinner tonight. Chicken a la Loren (Mexican), Spaetzle (German), and peas (English). I didn't want to post in the mainstream, because your's looks so much better than mine.

Tell Loren that she's famous in two countries now. :laugh: I really liked your marinade. A tad hint of sweetness, and spicy hot from the pepper flakes. The temperature got away from me because I'm using some new mesquite lump charcoal.

Spaetzle is a German noodle (or dumpling). It's made entirely out of wheat. I'd like to try fresh, but I've only been able to get dried, and boil it like pasta.
