Large group
Having a large gathering of about 30 people for outdood dinner (hopefully the weather will cooperate) and want prepare something on the egg. While I have had an egg for a couple of years now and coked up just about anything that would stand still I have not cooked for a group this large. Any suggestions and what size of whatever would I require. Prime rib? or ? [p]Comment suggestion appreciated.[p]Thanks,[p]Wimpy

Wimpy,
If you don't have to travel with the egg, I think the best cook for this many is pulled pork.
If you time the butts so it's done early just wrap and keep in a cooler and then maybe do wings, sausages, burgers or abts' for variation.
If you don't mind tending the egg with the shorter cooks you should please everyone.
Just have someone keep your beverages fresh while you're cooking.
