Part 1 The Chick
Ku made some great 5 Minute bread.
I ground the blackening spices from Reata
(paprika, salt, onion, garlic, cayenne, white & black pepper, thyme, oregano) and prepped the boneless/skinless chicken breast halves that had been briefly brined, and brushed some small Romano lettuce halves with EVOO.
Set MBGE to around 500, CI grate on fire ring, and had some fun!






Nice way to start the weekend!
