Good Salmon Recipe Anyone?
I have to admit, I'm not big into fish. But I walked into this place to get a bag of lump and it was by far the cleanest non-smelly fish market i'v been in. So I had to pick up a couple pounds of fish- they suggested the fresh atlantic salmon.[p]So now I have a pair of 1-1.5 lb. salmon fillets.[p]Any good grilling suggestions anyone?

WailingAngusBeef, this recipe from Dizzy Pig's site is a sure winner. I'm not fond of salmon, but this is a keeper.

I agree with the Dizzy Ragin River & Maple recipe listed. I recommended it to a friend, and even his wife and son who don't (didn't) like salmon liked it. I want to try to get some orange flavor going in the glaze next time with some orange juice and zest.

I will also get on the support wagon for NB`s maple version...and I also am NOT a fish eater...but the bourbon dijoun glaze is also a number 1 contender for some awesome salmon...maybe give em both a try for comparison..[p]Wess

Randy's site has some good info on it. I have some from the recipe that he has listed and although I didn't try any I received rave reviews over.
