I finally got my shippment of Lump that fell prey to the
"holiday schedule" with USPS. No comes the hard part, what to cook.[p]I was talking it over with my assistant at work (who's parent's just
bought him an egg and are trying to figure it out, so if there's anybody from Vero Beach out there with a son named Billy, Good luck with your new egg!) [p]Anyway back to the problem at hand, would it be pizza or pulled pork this weekend. After much discussion and thought, we decided it's going to be BOTH!! PP goes on before I go to work thurs night, ready to eat friday night, then it's pizza pizza saturday.[p]I've just ordered an additional 50 pounds of Lump and will never find myself in the Lumpless category again.[p]Cheers,[p]TT[p][p]

Tanker Tim,
Don't forget Okinawa Wings as an appitizer. Heard they are pretty good. Do you need the recipe? hehe
-
JJ,[p]Let me see if I can remember how to fire that sucker up.
I used my last bit of lump with a bunch of mesquite chunks
on some steaks about a month ago, no egg for a month no wonder I've been in such a bad mood lately.[p]
wings do sound like a good start to some pizza, I do need to watch the old waist line seeing as I'm due to get promoted 1 Feb and they make us weigh in before we get our stripes![p]
Cheers,[p]TT[p]

Tanker Tim,[p]Lack o' lump is a dismal pit to dwell. Been there and never been back. I like your plan. Leftovers make a nice pizza topping (or better, a great pizza). The wings are nice :-). Welcome back.[p]Spin

Tanker Tim,[p]"Fat Boy Program" sucks big time. Are you close?[p]Spin
-
Spin,[p]I've still got 20 pounds to play with, but I just got
50 pounds of LUMP!!!!!! [p]TT
-
Tanker Tim,[p]I have good news for you. Fifty pounds of lump, after being consumed by your EGG to convert raw ingredients to great meals, equals (at tops) no more than 19.5 pounds of human weight gain (It is a very complicated formula with many variables and I spent many hours on this). Congrads on the upcoming stipes.[p]Spin

Spin,[p]I like your math.[p]Thanks[p]Tim

Tanker Tim,
My congrat's also on the extra hard earned stripe. Pay increase helps too!!
Curious if your big pallet load of Ozark Oak worked out?
C~W[p]

Char-Woody,[p]Thanks, I talked to the folks at Ozark Oak and they
said they only do pallets loads, so it's not an option
at this moment. I might order one and have it delivered
to my parents house, and after I get to Germany see if
I can get Uncle Sugar to ship it as household goods!![p]Cheers,
TT
