OT (Sort Of) Holy Salami!

Most self respecting Eggheads would make their own Salami, but in case you were thinking of smoking some store bought(can you even do that?), think again.

Time to stock up on Tofu and "Quorn." :P

    I haven't done salami, but I have made summer sausage. Being that the salami is a cured and dried product I doubt it will take on much smoke, but then again it has a high fat content and fat loves smoke. Give it a shot and let us know. -RP

    I was actually thinking of doing the same method as smoking baloney. Get a chunk and score it to expose more surface area. Might be a hit????
