Hey Everyone!

I don't post much but I am a avid fan of the forum and read much on here! I greatly appreciate all the helpful info here! Just wanted to let you know about some great seasonings from Arnolds Catering in Hilmar CA. I'm from MO but we moved from CA around 15 and a half years and we have enjoyed Arnolds Santa Maria seasoning for a long time.. Tri-tip is spectacular with the Santa Maria! I believe its what it was designed for. The Rib Rub is exceptional! Of course its personal opinion but I would encourage you to give it a try. I normally use it for a base rub on ribs, butts ect. Their web address is arnoldscatering.com. They use Pay Pal to pay for your order. Very nice folks and I don't think you will be disappointed in their seasonings. Thanks! ;)

  • Their website doesn't seem to work when it comes to taking paypal payments. I click on "add to cart" and it opens a new tab with my paypal account. But no cart. The "view cart" button doesn't do anything as far as I an tell...

Update: It looks like the rib seasoning works but not the Santa Maria....

I lived just outside of San Diego for over 16 years before I had to move and I agree that the absolute best tri tip is one with Santa Maria style rub. On an egg is even better. i had my first on my grandfathers egg( a small) over 20 years ago. Man I wish I still lived there. Can't find tri tip here in MD. :(
