Hey All,[p]I grill salmon tonight for the first time on my BGE it turned out great. I used the garlic, extra virgin oil, soy, brown suger fresh dill from my garden lemon pepper sea salt just a pinch fresh lemons slices super thin. Cooked on a hot egg 450 for around 10 min then lowered heat for another 10 min. My wife gave me two thumbs up. I also cooked hotdog and tater tots at the same time. Grandson wanted hotdogs[p]Roundman
