I feel that I must admit to breaking in my new small egg with (shudder) hot dogs. And we're not talking Nathan's either...[p]However, last night I was up to speed in true egg fashion with both the large and small fired up: shrimp and scallop appetizers, followed by a few dozen NY strips on the large and some marinated chicken breast on the small. Which effectively ended any discussion about *why* I needed two eggs. LOL

actually this shows a need for 3.
should have one for imediate results, appitizers, bread ect.
second for main corse and midterm cooks
and a third for tommorows meal long term low n slow of 24 hrs.
