Baby Back Ribs

Second time I tied doing Baby Backs. First time was a disaster, absolutely incinerated them. I found out the difference between celcius & Fahrenheit. Tonight I tried Fahrenheit, much better results. 250 degrees for 4 1/2 hours & they were great. I used Dizzy Dust rub. I would definitely use it again. Also did Jalopena Poppers, and sweet potatoes. I don't know how to post pictures, but when I figure it out we'll put them up. Horray for the BGE.. Capt. Rich :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:
