Pork Tenderloin in Asian Peanut Sauce

I finally got outside and did a little cooking today.

I butterflied a couple of pork tenderloins and pounded them out to about 1/2" thick.

I marinated them in an Asian Peanut sauce and then quick grilled them, along with some asparagus.

I added a baked sweet potato and a couple slices of the ciabatta that I made yesterday. Not too bad.
