Just put on two ABTs along with a spatchcock chicken. How long do ABTs cook? Dome at 350. Thanks.

JM3,[p]ABT's should be cooked on a raised grid for about 20-30 minutes until the bacon is cooked. You can tell just by looking at the bacon.[p]If you don't have the ABT's on a raised grid and they are on the cooking grate you will have to move them around every 10 minutes or so to avoid burning them.[p]Cheers!

fiver29,
Thanks for the quick answer. No raised grid at the moment so I'm moving them about every ten. Heard about a raised grid with bolts??? Or should I just buy the second grid from ABT? Recommendations????[p]
Thanks,
John
