Hey All,[p]Thanks for all the help getting my egg ready the tips on raising the grate using bolts worked perfact. This was my first chicken cooked in my egg and the spatchcock method is the best. The bird turned out moist and full of flavor. I put a rub on it last night both on top of the skin and under it like some forum members recommended. I cooked at 350 dome temp as suggested but the Naked Whiz web page. I never knew chicken on the grill could taste as good as this and be so easy to cook. The egg is the best.[p]Roundman
